Creature Tester

Creation of tools and scene used by the Adventure Academy team for testing and evaluating different aspects of the various creatures used in game. This provides both a place for integrating and setting up new creatures as well as quickly testing updates across the entire library of creatures.

Some of the key features include:

  • In game camera controls mimicking Unity's default controls for navigating in a scene.

  • Ability to trigger any effects or animations a creature can do in game.

  • Ability to preview and assess particles systems and performance.

  • Optimization settings such as LODs and particle culling work the same as in game.
